You will be the first voice a builder or contractor hears from buildcontrol. This role is about reaching out to construction companies, explaining what the app does in simple terms, and booking demos for the sales team. It is a people-first job: most of your day is spent talking to real site owners and managers, so clear speech and patience matter more than a long CV. If you enjoy talking to people and want to learn how the construction industry works, this is a good place to start.

About the role

buildcontrol is construction management software used by 500+ companies to run their sites day to day. As a Telecaller, you connect those companies with our product. You work from the Ahmedabad office alongside the sales team, calling through lists of builders and contractors, finding the ones who are interested, and setting up demos so the sales team can take it forward. Training is provided, so you do not need any prior experience with construction or software.

What you will do

  • Call builders, contractors, and construction companies from provided lists
  • Explain buildcontrol in clear, simple language over the phone
  • Book demo appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain call records and follow-up notes accurately
  • Follow up with interested leads until they are handed over
  • Share what you hear from callers with the team so we keep improving the pitch

What we are looking for

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the day
  • Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is enough
  • Clear speaking voice and patience with first-time listeners
  • Basic computer skills for entering call records
  • Willing to learn how construction teams work
  • Freshers welcome, we train you from scratch
