What HRMS covers
HRMS takes the attendance already being marked and turns it into leave, salary and the registers you have to keep, without anyone re-entering it.
- Geo-fenced attendance — a mark carries the location it was made from, so presence is tied to a place.
- Staff attendance management — office and supervisory staff handled separately from site labour.
- Leave management — requests and balances held against the same employee record.
- Salary processing — pay worked out from the attendance that was marked, not keyed in again at month end.
- Role-based access — each person sees what their role allows and no more.
- Reports and registers — the statutory outputs drawn from the same data rather than compiled by hand.
For what each part does in more detail, see the HRMS page. Step-by-step guides for this section are being written — until then our team will walk you through any of it on a call.
